With sustained wind about 110 km/hr, the storm is moving west-northwest. It is forecast to move to the coastline of Guangdong, China during 2-3 November 2022. Meanwhile, another moderate high-pressure system from China will extend to cover upper Thailand and the South China Sea will force the storm to decline rapidly with no direct affect to Thailand.
			This advisory is in effect on 31 October 2022, at 5.00 p.m.

It is expected to intensify into tropical storm, which will make landfall over the coast of middle Vietnam, on 14 to 15 October before weakening to an active low pressure. On 14 and 15 October, it will affect more rain in the Northeast, the East and the Central regions including Bangkok and its vicinity. With the maximum sustained winds of about 56 km/hr, the storm was moving west-northwest about 15 km/hr. It is expected to intensify into tropical storm, which will make landfall over the coast of middle Vietnam, on 14 to 15 October before weakening to an active low pressure. On 14 and 15 October, it will affect more rain in the Northeast, the East and the Central regions including Bangkok and its vicinity.
